Cannot Install Jubula API Convertor [message #1735114]

I am trying to install Jubula API Convertor by following instructions given at
http://help.eclipse.org/mars/topic/org.eclipse.jubula.client.ua.help/content/html/developerManual/clientAPI/converter.html

However, I get following error on Install Details page and can't continue ahead.

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Jubula Functional Testing - API Converter (experimental) 4.0.0.201510211215 (org.eclipse.jubula.feature.api.converter.feature.group 4.0.0.201510211215)
Missing requirement: Jubula API - Converter 4.0.0.201510211215 (org.eclipse.jubula.client.api.converter 4.0.0.201510211215) requires 'bundle org.eclipse.jubula.toolkit.api.gen [4.0.0,4.1.0)' but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:
From: Jubula Functional Testing - API Converter (experimental) 4.0.0.201510211215 (org.eclipse.jubula.feature.api.converter.feature.group 4.0.0.201510211215)
To: org.eclipse.jubula.client.api.converter [4.0.0.201510211215]

My Jubula version is 8.2.0.021

Hi Irfan,

This appears to be the same bug as here: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=482517

It's fixed in later versions.

Hi,
I too have the same problem as irfan .I could not install logic identifier .

I got following error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Feature 1.0.0.201607051151 (org.eclipse.jubula.examples.extensions.rcp.gef.logic.identifier.feature.feature.group 1.0.0.201607051151)

My Jubula version is 8.2.2.055
Can please help me.

Hi Rohit,

the installation of the API-Converter works perfectly fine for me in 8.2.2.055.

What seems quite odd is, that the feature you are trying to install has a 1.0.0.x version, although the current feature version that is shipped with Jubula 8.2.2.055 is a 4.0.0.x version.

Please make sure that you are installing the feature from the development/org.eclipse.jubula.repo.zip repository as described in our development manual.
