Hi all,

how does communication between a device and a gateway work? Where is the message translated? I guess in the gateway, but what happens in the device then? What does the binding do?

If I understood correctly, AllJoyn for example uses no central instance for communication between devices. Is this realistic, because I read they hardly defined any protocols yet. What are the advantages of Eclipse in this case?
