After upgrading to firefox 3 beta 5, I get this error when starting eclipse

/opt/sun-jdk-1.6.0.06/bin/java: symbol lookup error:
/usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9/components/libxpconnect.so: undefined symbol:
JS_SetExtraGCRoots

Has anyone else seen this or know how to fix it?

I'm running on Gentoo Linux.
