Getting Key Bindings to work with Text Widget in Coolbar [message #328142]

We have a Text widget wrapped in a ControlContribution and added to the
workbench Coolbar. We have hooked in standard cut/copy/paste actions to
the text widget using TextActionHandler. The key bindings do not work.
If the same ControlContribution is added to a view then all works as
expected, so our assumption is that the key binding manager is not
recognising the Coolbar as a valid context. How can this problem be fixed?

In 3.3 and 3.4 you get around that using the
org.eclipse.ui.swt.IFocusService
