Is it possible to paste into a flower box? I'd like to amend existing comments, the problem is that asterisks don't get automatically inserted (on the left) for pasted text. I've googled it for days, and couldn't find a solution. It bothers me because I have to do this so often.

People at stack overflow seem to want to get rid of this feature, but I can't even get it on. If I'm in a flowerbox, it automatically inserts new asterisks when I hit enter. The problem I'm having is only when pasting.

Getting clever with block/column selection is my current solution.
