Does Eclipse Luna store properties - ones used by default on all projects? Can these be corrected?

I set up Eclipse to cross compile. In the first project, I made a mistake in the prefix setting for C++ build. That mistake is there in each new C++ project. How do I correct it "globally"?

Regards,
Lou

Have a look at workspace preferences. It depends on the host operating system where the dialog is found. In most versions it is in the Window menu entry as Preferences. In OS X, it is in the main Eclipse menu as Preferences.
