After creating the example RCP: "Hello world with a view", we got a viewpart within it. And after checking off the standalone property of the viewpart, we got a dragable view part.

However, this dragable view cannot drag to a place with no window (which it means to place this viewpart into a new window), if I did do so, this viewpart will show in a new window and disappear immediately.

How to make it possible to drag a viewpart to a place with no window and then place into a new window?
