(New user, new member, first post. Please advise if I posted in the wrong forum or violate any conventions.)

I'm using Eclipse Luna Service Release 1a (4.4.1) with CDT (8.5.0.201409172108) and IAR toolsets.

I'm creating code templates for auto-generating source and include files when creating a new class. Everything works fine except I can't seem to get the constructor and destructor comments to display. Anything I put in the body code displays fine, and the comment templates for other entities, like the files and methods, work fine. (I'm referring to the Preferences-C/C++/Code Style-Code Templates dialog operation.) The state of the checkbox for "Automatically add comments for new methods and classes" has no effect on this.
Any thoughts? What might I be missing? Thanks for any assistance.
