Project reference in deployment assembly lost after pom.xml edit [message #1694525]

This is my first post in eclipse forums, so I beg your pardon if posted in wrong section.

Basically, I have 2 projects in same workspace:

Utils:
- Java Library Project
- Apache Maven enabled

sigeu:
- Dynamic Web Project
- Apache Maven enabled
- references "Utils" project

Everytime I change pom.xml in "sigeu" project it lost reference of "Utils" in "Project Properties", "Deployment Assembly".

There I need to "Add", "Project", select "Utils" project and them click on "Finish" button and them in "Apply".

Is it a bug?
