point when specifiying a commonWizard, or in the org.eclipse.ui.decorators
extension point, or any other enablement clause that can be specified in the
plugin.xml.
I know in the case of the decorators extension point, I can specify an
instance of ILightWeightLabelProvider and do the facet checking in code.
However, I don't want to implement different ways of checking the facet if
there's one supported way that can be used in the enablement clause.
