Create Outline Treeview Popup Menu [message #316820]

ITreeContentProvider seems to be returning the right class because I
have also created a toolbar button to filter the treeview and that works
perfectly.

If I change the objectContribution so that the popup appears for
elements of type IFile the popup shown when I select a file in the
package explorer, so I'm not sure where is the error.

Any idea of what I might be doing wrong?
