To add-on is that even i've tried doing it on single plugin i still see
this error message. so where i did wrongly? i'm successfully created the
preference page for others plugin and i follow back the steps on this new
plugin. yet i'm not successful.

so...actually are we allow/able to create a preference page from pluginA
as a subcategory of pluginB?
