Hi,

I have a form with a table dialog field. The table has a horizontal scroll
bar and the form editor has a vertical scroll bar. If the table in the form
is half concealed by other views in my workbench then I try to use the
vertical scroll bar on the form to scroll down and view the table.
Everything is fine but the table's horizontal scroll bar is frozen. I have
to collaspe the form's section and expand it to get the table's horizontal
scroll bar to work.

I see this happening in "Binary Build" table on the Build of eclipse too. Is
this a bug? Is there an alternative to get it working.
