Language Pack Installation not working. [message #368516]

Eclipse User

Hi,
Installed the BIRT 2.3.2.1 (all-in-one). Also downloaded the Language pack
for BIRT(http://download.eclipse.org/birt/downloads/lang.php)and extracted
it into the eclipse folder.

When I start BIRT from the command line with the following command am
still seeing the BIRT menus in English. None of the languages seem to
work.

c:\eclipse\eclipse -nl fr

Am I doing something wrong?
