installation BIRT 2.1RC4 [message #168243]

Hello,
I wish to create a chart on which there will be some more points that the user of my RCP application will be able to add. For this I suppose I should be using the chart engine.

I have problems to install the chart engine, as well as birt report. They do not appear in perspectives or in the project list even if I launch Eclipse with -clean.

This is on a mac os X and on a windows xp box with Eclipe 3.2 RC6 with latest BIRT, EMF and GEF.

Can you help ?

Can you try the all in one download?

Downloaded the all-in-one install. On extracting asks for a password to extract some files...

I downloaded the same one and didint get prompted for a password.
Make sure to unzip to different location than you have Eclipse RC6
installed.
