Hi,

I just had a look at the org.slf4j.log4j bundles in the orbit builds:

http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?r=1&file=/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/R20110523182458/repository/plugins/org.slf4j.log4j_1.5.11.v20100419-1106.jar
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?r=1&file=/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/R20110523182458/repository/plugins/org.slf4j.log4j_1.6.1.v20100831-0715.jar

But they both contain only some org.apache.log4j classes, but no
org.slf4j.impl classes,
and they don't work together in my build ("Host plug-in
org.slf4j.impl.StaticLoggerBinder_0.0.0
has not been found."). Something's seem to be broken?

Regards,
Juergen.

That's the LOG4J API logging to SLF4J. Thus, you'll also need
org.slf4j.api and one suitable implementation. Currently, only Logback
is available in Orbit.

Ah, my fault, sorry for the confusion. I thought it was the implementation
for logging to log4j via the slf4j API.

Thanks for the information.

Cheers,
