Eclipse Runtime

This month, we are pleased to present Eclipse Runtime (Eclipse RT) as the theme for the newsletter. This project brings together various runtime related efforts and technologies, but most of the real work is done in sub-projects.

This issue of the newsletter features articles related to three of these sub-projects: the Remote Application Platform (RAP), the Eclipse Communication Framework (ECF), and the EclipseLink Project. A fourth article focuses on the Eclipse Scout Project, a framework that supports building applications for both the desktop and the web (RAP).

You can learn more about Eclipse RT or discover other sub-projects at eclipse.org/rt/.
