WTP 3.12 was officially released on December 19, 2018. WTP 3.12 is part of the Eclipse IDE 2018-12, the latest quarterly release. Users of Eclipse should use the SimRel Update Site, http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2018-12/, to install WTP 3.12. The next release, WTP 3.13, will be part of the simultaneous release in March.
