WTP 1.0 M4 - New and Noteworthy

This milestone release of WTP is a major milestone in respects to new function provided and final API definition for the Web Tools Platform's 1.0 release. Here are some of the more noteworthy features available in milestone build M4 (April. 29, 2005) which is now available for download here.
