    Annual General Meeting of the Eclipse Membership

    The Annual General Meeting will be held March 23 at the Santa Clara Convention Centre from 1:30-5:30 pm, followed by a members-only networking reception. Matt Aslett from 451 Group and Jagan Nemani from Deloitte Consulting will be guest speakers. There will also be a New Member Jumpstart Meeting in the morning from 9:30-11:30 am.     Open Source Executive Strategy Summit

    The Open Source Executive Strategy Summit is for executives who are responsible for their organizations' open source strategy and participation. The purpose of the event is to answer two questions: 1) What Open Source Strategies Are Working Today?; and 2) What Will Work in the Future?     Voting for the 2009 Eclipse Board of Directors candidates is open to Sustaining Members (Solutions Members and Enterprise Members) and committers until March 13, at 3:00 pm EST.     Eclipse Training Series

    The Eclipse Foundation is partnering with member companies to provide a spring 2009 series of training classes on Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP), Equinox & OSGi and Modeling technologies. All sessions feature classroom instruction and in-depth, hands-on tutorials. Classes will take place around the world from April 6 to May 29. Students who register before March 20, 2009 will receive a 5% discount on the registration price.
