| All, Via the attached convening notice, all Members are invited to participate in the Annual General Assembly of Eclipse Foundation AISBL. The meeting will be held on 20 July 2022, beginning at 16:00 CEST / 10:00 EDT. The meeting is formally being held at the Eclipse operating offices at 2934 Baseline Road, Suite 202, Ottawa, ON, Canada as well as via Zoom (Zoom link is in the convening notice). The meeting is scheduled for 30 minutes. All Member Representatives are encouraged to read carefully the details in the attached formal convening notice. The notice includes the agenda, instructions for attending the meeting, including the Zoom details, and an explanation of voting rights and processes for those Members eligible to vote. As noted in the convening notice, Member Representatives of Voting Members (i.e., Strategic and Contributing member organizations) will receive further details, including the background materials for the meeting, voting instructions including electronic voting prior to the meeting, instructions for appointing proxies, etc. within the next few days, and a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the meeting.
