Hi,

I wonder what the status of the "Workspace Re-Builder"
<http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/platform-core/downloads.html>
is?
The readme says it was "Last updated: 2003-06-20"
and indeed it does not work with Eclipse 3.x versions
because of some API changes since then.

Therefore I took the sources and ported it to 3.1
(it may also work with 3.0).
I also added an option to let it import all local
projects if e.g. there is no .metadata at all
(that's quite handy to recreate a workspace from
scratch).

If there is interest, I can create a bugzilla request
and attach a patch (if I only new where the sources
are in CVS).
