I have just created a sample application and the following warnings are shown within the Console:
[2014-12-20 16:06:26 - appcompat_v7] WARNING: unable to write jarlist cache file C:\Users\slyth_000\workspace\appcompat_v7\bin\jarlist.cache
[2014-12-20 16:06:27 - appcompat_v7] WARNING: unable to write jarlist cache file C:\Users\slyth_000\workspace\appcompat_v7\bin\jarlist.cache

Are you doing this using Eclipse's Export... to JAR functionality, or
via ant, Maven, etc.? Give us more detail, please.
