Hi,

I am facing the task to create an Eclipse editor similar to the manifest editor, meaning, I am trying to create a form based editor on top of my EMF model (and generated code). So far I managed to create the standard model editor with the tree view and a standalone demo application based on the emf tutorials.
The idea is to "replace" the tree view of the standard editor by the GUI (ViewModel) shown in the demo app to gain a manifest editor like input.

Obviously, there is no such code generation like for the standard editor. But since it was such an easy way to create the demo app, I asked myself, if there is a similar way of creating the desired editor? If there is no such easy way, could you please hint me to the right direction? I didn't find an appropriate tutorial or example.

Kind regards,
Philipp
