In order to facilitate the distribution and regular updates of targets
that are not normally part of the core XDCtools, I've created a
"contrib/targets" tree in the RTSC source repository:

http://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/dsdp/org.eclipse.rtsc/contrib /targets

Right now the only target in this tree is one that supports Arm's RVCT
4.x compiler tool chain. In the future, this tree will likely contain
targets for a variety of tool chains.
