I am trying to run ganymede on a Windows XP pro based pc for the first
time. I am trying to build the Hello World example. When I select Clean
and then it attempts to rebuild, I get this error. I have searched the
web pretty thoroughly, but can not find out what I am doing wrong.

=====================================================
**** Build of configuration Default for project HelloWorldRAP ****

make all
make: Error -- Configuration file `/etc/startup.mk' not found
=====================================================

I even tried some stuff from a command prompt window:
Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
(C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.

p:\>make --version
>>> Defined macro MAKECMD=make
make: Unknown option --
Usage: make [-eEiMnpqrstuvVx] [-k|-S] [-c dir] [-D macro=value] [-f file]
[macro
=value ...] [target ...]

Note: I do also have MKS integrity installed for another project. But, I
also have another co-worker that does not and they are having this same
problem.
