I have the latest eclipse (Luna) installed and I'm trying to install WindowBuilder. I get this strange error:

Unable to connect to repository "_http_://download.eclipse.org/windowbuilder/WB/release/R201406251200/4.4/content.xml"
Unable to connect to repository "_http_://download.eclipse.org/windowbuilder/WB/release/R201406251200/4.4/content.xml"
Connection to "_http_://127.0.0.1:51018" refused

The first issue I see is that the URL starts with _http_. How are you trying to install WindowBuilder?

the _http_ was necessary to get around the forum not letting me post real urls.

i start eclipse. go to help->install new software and enter the url.

I thought maybe at work a firewall rule might be the cause, so I tried the same thing at home. I got a little further, but I get:

An error occurred during the org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.CheckTrust phase.
session context was:(profile=epp.package.standard, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.CheckTrust, operand=, action=).
Error reading signed content.
error in opening zip file
