Clicking on the "Terminals" tab does not activate the window. [message #26523]

I'm a little surprised that when I click on the Terminals tab to display the
terminal, it is also necessary to click within the window to give the input
focus to the terminal itself.

I expected that when I clicked the tab, the window would grab the input
focus.

Is this a bug, potential feature, or that's the way it is?
