but if anyone has any ideas of where I can pull some Eclipse Developers who are actively looking for work in the Austin, Texas area, please advise.

There is a forum group named "Jobs and Employment" - it's under the General (non-technical) category.

You can go to this > "Jobs and Employment" then just go to > General (non-technical) category. Thanks.
