Surya,

Have you tried using the ODA project wizard?

Hello Jason
Thanks for the reply
I have read information on BIRT website and tried creating a project as
said..
I have got some sample programs from the link :
http://longlake.minnovent.com/repos/birt_example/

The programs i used are : callstack_oda_designer/ and
callstack_oda_runtime/

what i am trying to do :
i am creating a new ODA Dseigner Plug-in project (name -
callstack_oda_designer) . and then pasting all the source from
callstack_oda_designer to that src directory of the project. am i doing
right .. if yes then what next i need to do to have this plug in working
for the BIRT RCP Designer so that when i try creating a new data source i
shd see this in the list
Thanks
surya

Surya,

Once you create the project from the wizard you should be able to export
it. Look at the manifest editor. To get a better idea look at
eclipsemag.net. You have to register but Scott and I did three articles
on ODA. I believe part 3 just got published. I believe part one was
published back in the spring.
