i cant find apache derby option in eclipse tuna after installing the two derby plugins [message #1460022]

I can't find apache derby after installing the two Derby plugins by extracting them and coping them into the eclipse/ plugins folder. I then created a java project named data. I right clicked on it expecting to see the option of apache derby but I could not find it pls help
