How to show workspace name in the title bar by setting Preference? [message #261605] Mon, 21 July 2008 15:01 Go to next message

Hi,

I am using mutlipe workspace. I am curious if there is a way to set in
Preference to show workspace name in the bar.

I know -showlocation will do it in the command line. But our script to
start Eclipse is set by the super user. Not easy to add that argument.

Many thanks.

You can include -showlocation in your eclipse.ini file. See
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse.ini
I'm not sure if the ini file overrides the command line, or vice-versa.

Finally, can't you just copy the script and make your own?
