I'm a new java developer .I want to develop windows visually in Eclipse Luna SE.Because writing codes by myself to develop windows is too slowly and too much for me. But I don't know which plug-in should I download from the Eclisp.org . I have searched in Internet before. Many people suggest me install VE .But I can't find it from Eclipse.org .
So if you know how to do it ,could you please give me a reply.I will really appreciate that if you can teach me how to do it step by step or give me the links.

The feature you want is called Window Builder and Swing Designer. It's included if you download the Eclipse for Java Developers package, but can also be installed via Help > Install New Software... . Select the Luna update site and then search for Swing Designer.

Thank you very much. Although I can't find the Swing Designer by the way you suggest, I have found another in Eclipse .The Eclipse IDE for java developers has Window Builder in the new option. But thank you very much for giving me a reply.
