Has anyone else experienced the ctrl+click navigation stop working in Java
editors after using the IDE for a while? It does not happen across the
board to all editors at once, but takes down one editor at a time. F3 still
works, but holding ctrl no longer activates the hyperlink. Nothing in the
logs, and I just restart Eclipse to get it back.

It might be unrelated, but the one time I ignored it for a long time (just
using F3), Eclipse eventually crashed with "out of handles" errors. Could
there be an SWT leak? I am using the JDT/PDE 3.5 with Subversive and Mylyn.
