By the way, here are the steps I took when I encountered the error.

I created a dynamic web project with 1 process model.
On the process development perspective I added a manual activity and assigned a participant.
When I select "debug" in the right-click option menu, Process test perspective opens but the error occurs.

Melissa,

had you create a database in the server tab when you ran the debug?
Actually we still have the debugging feature but nowadays with Stardust's convenient Eclipse WTP integration (and the browser modeler) it is very easy to debug a process in the real (RAD) runtime environment. Hence most people prefer that option. Have you tried?

Best regards

Rob

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the reply. I've set up the audittrail database in my Tomcat server tab.
When I deploy my model on my server it works. I was trying to run it on debug/simulation mode, that's where I encountered the error.
Is there another way to setup the database?
I haven't tried debugging/simulation in the RAD, can you send me the link on that feature?

Just a little side note: since Stardust 1.1 we're publishing the documentation into the official Eclipse Help Center (for Luna it is http://help.eclipse.org/luna). This means that the documentation for Stardust 2.0.1 (specially for the simulation feature can be found here: Simulation Feature
