How to get the menu which is poped up by right click natTable? [message #1441070]

I am a automation tester using SWTBot. Now I have a case about click context menu item on NatTable. I have got info from NatTable team that I cannot get menu by "natTable.getMenu". So I have to right click the natTable, then click the context menu item.

Now the context menu can be activated. And How can I get the menu in code and click the context menu?
