Hi,
I'm specifically looking for a link to the 3.8.2 build.

I followed my nose from http://download.eclipse.org/equinox/ to http://archive.eclipse.org/equinox/

From there, every archived release and maintenance build listed from 3.1.1..3.6.2 is reachable, but those from 3.7..3.8.2 lead to emptiness.

Wondering is this normal, is there some reason that the builds aren't available?

Something is off with our index.php. The link file is there for 3.8.2, but the page is not rendering correctly. Here you go for the direct link to the SDK:

Meanwhile I will look into fix the download site.
