Column select in eclipse is severly lacking. Is there a way to address the concerns below?
1. Like in Notepad++ and Visual Studio, I'd like to be able to hold ALT to enable column/block select instead of enabling/disabling it with a key combination. For example, ALT+SHIFT with arrow keys allows me to block select text without using the mouse.
2. When selecting text in the middle on multiple lines with block select, hitting tab does not tab the text starting from that block. Instead, it tabs the whole line from the beginning. This does not allow me to align things in the middle of a line of code.
Any way to change the behaviors mentioned above? Thanks.
