I dont know where to go about my issue.
And this is the first place I could goto for help.
I didnt see a help/support section so I am assuming this section is the closest thing to it.
I am using the Juno flavor of eclipse, latest version (i think). On ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
I did not ever have this issue on windows 7.
My issue, when I try to modify my perspective, by either closing one, or trying to add one, eclipse just closes, no errors no nothing. Its like I pressed the X button, or just killed the process. Then after that my IDE is basically unusable. So far the only fix I can find is reformatting my pc. And im bout NOT to do this a second time just to fix it. Its really really REALLY getting annoying.
I have 3gb's of ram, running 64 bit ubuntu, with 64 bit openjdk 6 and 7 jdk.
Does any one have an idea what to do to fix this?
