Sounds like a great deal and good progress for Higgins
(growing its "tail" quite a few inches longer ;-)

Being involved in discussions with the (not yet so grown) OHF project, I
am wondering, if you (or its involved IBM/Eclipse specialists) see Higgins
also usable and important for Social Security Card purposes?
