Hi,
We have a bunch of eclipse plugins where we will ship it to the user. Right now these plugins code is externalized and has only default property files. How can I use the Babel project to provide translations to the existing default strings?

You would have to download and install the server tool:

http://git.eclipse.org/c/babel/server.git/

Be warned: it is designed to be run by us at Eclipse.org... we haven't created a real installer, but we would welcome the contribution.
