I want to use the CoAP protocol ie The Californium (Cf) CoAP framework on my Azure server. What version do I download? Are there any instructions for installing it?

I would start at https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.californium , but so far I only see source repositories, nothing prebuilt to download.
