I've just forked the mirror and am trying to build the LDT on my linux machine via the instructions at http://wiki.eclipse.org/Koneki/LDT/Developer_Area/Building_LDT_from_source and am getting the following error:

[ERROR] Internal error: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core.ProvisionException: No repository found at http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/weekly. -> [Help 1]

Any suggestions?

Also, what version of Maven should we use to build the LDT? 3.1.0? 3.0.5?

I managed to get around the problem by changing the pom.xml file to use http://download.eclipse.org.mylyn/releases/latest instead. And am using Maven 3.0.5. After some effort those settings worked to build the product.

I just test too build LDT now, and It seems ok for me. (with the default http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/weekly URL)
I test also the two update site separatly and it's ok too.

I suppose the mylyn server was down when you tested it. :)
