Hello,

my project has several plugins,
which are starts direct or later after loading a configuration file.

Since the update, two starts direct like before, but the rest never starts.

Maybe I use a too old own 'extension point factory' implementation.

I get no errors or exceptions.
What has changed at Equinox/OSGI for plugin lazy loading between Kepler and Luna?
