there is no download in your link whatsoever.
Could it b possible to update the link for DHTML/AJAX Designer
implementation download?

Another question is what is the rationale for such strange decision to move
from AJAX/DHTML Designer to EMF? Might be I do not understand something but
for me is more natural to have web-based solutions vs. desktop ones.
