Hello,

I would write special comments that stay in my files on the development-server.

If I transmit edited files to the life-server special comments shout be filtered
out and the files on the server would not contain any comment.

But on my developmentserver comments should stay.

Is this possible? And how?

thank you for your help!

It doesn't appear that your question is directly related to Eclipse. Maybe you should ask on a general-purpose programming forum. And be more specific - the quality of responses is proportional to the quality of the question.

Subversion has additional information called properties in the repository.

If your comments are relatively short, create private properties for them.
