Hello,

I need some additional Jars to run my reports. I want to use the Eclipse Birt Preview Function. Is there a location for den Eclipse Birt Viewer, where I could copy my needed jars or do I have to rebuild the birt pluging to add the jars?

Thanks

Thomas

In the designer or in the deployed viewer?

In the Designer in Eclipse Kepler 4.3.2 (org.eclipse.platform_4.3.2.v20140221-1700)
Birt Version: 4.3.2 (org.eclipse.birt.report.viewer_4.3.2.v201402141300)

If I'm understanding your question correctly, you should be able to place your jars that your report uses in the dropins or plugins folder in the root of your Eclipse installation.

Don't work, but I think it must be some issue with osgi dependencies. I think a plugin for eclipse only see the definied packages and plugins, so I must look deeper into eclipse osgi plugins.

Thanks
