Everyone,

We need to compile a list of all of the scientific libraries that we want to get into Orbit and start making CQs. I've already done one for HDF5. It is CQ8578.

I'll start looking into other common scientific libraries like NetCDF, Exodus II, BLAS, LAPACK, etc.

From Philip Wenig:

Hi Jay,

I was not able to give a reply in the forum due to the message "You can only use links to eclipse.org sites while you have fewer than 5 messages." ... don't understand ... that's why I post it here.
I would suggest several other libraries to be part of the Orbit universe, like:

Apache Commons Math 3.3 http://commons.apache.org/math Apache License 2.0
Apache Commons POI 3.7.0 http://poi.apache.org Apache License 2.0
Barcode4J 2.1.0 http://barcode4j.sourceforge.net Apache License 2.0
EJML 0.24.0 https://code.google.com/p/efficient-java-matrix-library Apache License 2.0
ImageJ 1.47.0 http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij Public Domain
Neuroph 2.8.0 http://neuroph.sourceforge.net Apache License 2.0
OrientDB 1.7.0 http://www.orientdb.org Apache License 2.0
SuperCSV 1.52.0 http://supercsv.sourceforge.net Apache License 2.0
SWT-XY-Graph 2.0.1 https://code.google.com/p/swt-xy-graph EPL 1.0
SWTChart 0.9.0 http://www.swtchart.org EPL 1.0

I could try to add these libraries in the CQ queue. Are the any docs/manuals how to best proceed with this task?

Best,
Philip
