Installed
Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.
Version: Luna Release (4.4.0)

Installed the vaultclipse plugin for eclipse. I don't see the vaultclipse entry in the Eclipse Menu Window | Preferences.
Also, don't see it in the folder right click popup menu.
Tried install/ Uninstall of the plugin couple times. Not sure what I am missing.

It was working fine in kepler which I installed earlier. After getting the latest luna release I am not seeing the vaultclipse option in Window | preferences of eclipse.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

How did you "install" vaultclipse? I suspect that it might not be compatible with Luna, which would not be obvious unless you install via Eclipse Marketplace or Install New Software...

Is there anything reported in your Error Log?
I suggest using the support channels for vaultclipse, as it's unlikely very many people here are using it.

Having same issue with Vaultclipse/Luna.

Haven't found an explicit reference to it no longer being supported but does look like it slipped through the cracks.

VaultClipse is an old-styled plug-in, and the old-styled plug-in is no longer supported.
Bug 407312 Remove support for 2.0 old style plugin support

Try
1. Uninstall VaultClipse
2. Install "Eclipse 2.0 Style Plugin Support"[*]
3. Install VaultClipse

[*]
1. Go to Help->Install New Software
2. Choose "The Eclipse Project Updates - http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.4" in "Work with" combo
3. Select "Eclipse 2.0 Style Plugin Support" under "Eclipse Tests, Examples, and Extras"
4. Go ahead

Since I've never used VaultClipse and I'm no longer using Eclipse, this is an instant investigation. I could see VaultClipse preference page and VaultClipse Merge perspective, then I consider it has been installed successfully. But, you know, it doesn't mean VaultClipse works perfectly on Eclipse/Luna. If you have no problems it on Eclipse/Kepler, you should continue using Kepler. I don't recommend VersionUp/GradeDown games.

I am using
Eclipse IDE for Java Developers

Version: Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2)
Build id: 20150219-0600

And tried a couple of times the approach that Toshiro suggested
No luck unfortunately. Is there anything missing?

I am able to see the Vault eclipse plugin in Windows->prefrences. But while configuring the vault, I am getting "Please correct the directory for Vault. The current directory is incorrect."

Please help me to resolve this issue.

VaultClipse and SourceGear Vault (don't know which you meant) are both
third-party plug-ins. You'll need to get support from their authors or
communities not here.

I have the same problem, cannot set vault directory in eclipse luna
I am trying to use vault 3.1.16 as I use aem 6.1.
Does any one have a solution?
