How I can define variables in acceleo?
For example, a boolean variable.

Search for variable in the Acceleo documentation and you will
find: 
 
The affectation instruction, with the use of temporary variables, was
deliberately left out. It is very easy to write scripts without
variables, and abusive use of them makes scripts way less
readable, and therefore more difficult to maintain and evolve.
